TWO: Example Case study: Workplace safety and health inspection produced W/C savings with simple solution. After a workplace safety and health inspection had been completed, a lack of hazard pictorial signs was witnessed obscured with dirt and grease versus other portions of the shop where hazard signs were clearly displayed (cleaned) and understood. This awareness showed a facility’s leadership why some areas of the shop had more finger type injuries than other areas.
